I absolutely loved this luxurious hotel. It is situated just behind the main strip of Southbank, which made it very easy for me to explore the center of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my every request with a smile and professionalism. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa centre were also divine and helped me unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
For families, I highly recommend this place.

General cleanliness could improve, noticed stickers on the bathroom wall and dirty plates left outside adjacent rooms. Inexperienced staff encountered.

I was actually surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The tram stops nearby made getting around even easier. The reception staff were helpful and the dining room was convenient for a quick meal. The room itself was fantastic, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being so close to Southbank promenade. This makes it convenient for going out at nights and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city center. The room itself is lovely, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a night out. The staff at the hotel are amazing, offering excellent customer service and being very accommodating. They go out of their way to help guests and make their stay enjoyable. the restaurant has delicious desserts and the cozy ambiance adds to the overall dining experience.
There were some minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the noise caused by nearby construction work. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was responsive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being so close to the Southbank promenade. It was easy to walk to the nearest tram stop, making transportation around the city convenient. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
